Your cake should be stored in the refrigerator and be pulled to temper about 1.5 hours before serving. Leftovers can be stored either wrapped or in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer for longer preservation.

Try to keep your cake as cool as possible during transit (AC, cooler, whatever you’ve got) AND on a flat surface, such as the floor or trunk of a car.

No. All cakes by The Existential Baker are decorated at whim with whatever seasonal items are available, meaning the design is not pre-determined and therefore cannot be confirmed ahead of time.

It is best to remove the flowers from your cake before serving. The flowers are intended for aesthetic purposes only and would primarily take away from the flavor of your cake, which defeats the whole purpose of eating!!
