Located in downtown Toronto, Ontario, I am available for custom cakes and bakes. Each item is bespoke and fleeting, reflecting the current season. This means I do not have offer a specific menu, but will create a flavor profile + design based on how you fill out your inquiry form.
Design:
What I make will be exclusively for you! When we work together, I take inspiration from you/your event and you trust that I will make something unique and nature-driven based on the flowers and produce that are available at the time (the design will not be decided ahead of time). I will not replicate someone else’s designs; please look at my past work to decide if my style suits you :)
Flavor:
When you fill out your inquiry form, I will use your answers to develop several flavor profile options for you to choose from based on what is seasonally available. My approach strives to be balanced, not-too-sweet and a little savory.
Cake Structure:
My default cake format is a batter-style cake (versus a European-style sponge), one filling and a Swiss meringue buttercream mask. While other options are available depending on what you’re seeking, general rates are based on this format.
Communication:
Once your inquiry form is submitted, I will get back to you within 2-4 days via email, where we will finalize flavor, format, pickup details and payment.
Timeline:
Orders for smaller cakes should be made a minimum of 7 days in advance. Larger event + wedding cakes should be ordered ~2-3 months in advance. Now booking: Februrary-May 2025.
Pickup + Delivery:
Orders are generally pickup-only in Downtown Toronto. Delivery is available for larger event cakes for an additional fee on a case-by-case basis.

10x14” 3 layer slab (up to 35 servings): $275.00
*More sizing is available! For larger, more grandiose cakes, please specify number of servings and/or envisioned size on your form to receive an accurate quote.
